January 13th, 2009 I was amazed at the Quality and Speed of Service from Acenet when I first started hosing domains with them. Now, after about two years with them I have found that that level of Service does not diminish over time. I haven't seen paid support from other companies as good as the free support Acenet gives it's customers.

January 9th, 2009 I have suffered terribly at the hands of several domain hosting companies so it has been a major pleasure to host 8 domains on ace net.
They have consistently treated me fair (or better than fair) financially and their technical support (what really counts in the long haul) has been superior to anything else I've run into. They respond promptly and don't stop communicating until you are satisfied. I couldn't be more pleased with this outfit and unlike some hosts that start out good then bog down, they actually IMPROVE their availability, billing, support, and reliability.
