A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

November 19th, 2008 If you are considering using Acenet, stop, now. You are quite simply wasting your time. Sign up, and then get on with something useful! You have found what you're looking for.
Acenet must be the best web hosting company there is. I really cannot imagine how it is possible to be any better. There may well be cheaper hosts, but Acenet seems exceptionally reasonable, even generous in their pricing plans (don't tell them though). But that really is not the point. If you have a presence on the web your website IS your company. It's what people see, or don't. Technical support is not an optional extra and yet most technical support, let's face it, is rubbish. Simply getting tech support to read your questions is hard enough let alone getting a half decent answer! Apparently it is simply not possible to provide good technical support and remain competitively priced in the markeplace today. So how do Acenet do it then? Well, IMHO Acenet should be a pilgramage destination for customer support generally. They make me feel as if I am their only customer! Acenet technical support appears to me to be half a dozen or a dozen guys, as sharp as tacks, sitting on their hands 24/7, waiting for me to call and ask them some dumb question about, well, about anything that's causing me grief (about my website that is! There are limits even at Acenet.). My questions,. technically speaking, seldom have much to do with hosting per se, but they answer them anyway, couteously, completely, expertly, concisely, and, it feels, instantaneously! I get the impression that their aim is quite simply to ensure that my little bit of a server somewhere is growing as well and as fast as it can, and that if there's anything they can do to help it grow faster they'll do it. If this all sounds ridiculously OTT, it isn't. But I can imagine that it sounds it. Sign up and you'll find out. It is technical support, or actually customer service, that is out of this world. Mmm. Maybe that's how they do it. sincerely robin Robin Greaves, Phoenix Change (phoenixchange.com)

November 17th, 2008 I have been meaning to write a testimonial for Ace-Host.net for some time now.
My first exposure to Acenet hosting started over 3 1/2 years ago when I became the business manager for Food Works for Middle Way House. Without going into too much detail, let me say that my job is constantly on my mind, I manage two kitchens, two staffs, try to stay afloat while supervising staffs and issues unique to my business (working with survivors of domestic abuse), and I have no web designer to call upon other than myself. Before this position I have managed websites before, so this is not my first exposure to web hosting, but I don't have time to maintain expertise in web design and hosting. Because of this I've had to ask for help and depend on the support staff at AceNet for support. The web hosts I have used in the past don't hold a match stick, let alone a candle to the service that I have received from the support staff at Acenet. I have always gotten immediate replies and immediate service...without fail! I imagine that sometimes my issues seem no-brainers to someone who is immersed in the web environment, but I have never experienced feeling like I was some kind of dummy for what I asked about (I'm afraid I have definitely experienced this with other hosts). Replies are prompt, courteous and always helpful. I have, and will continue to refer people to AceNet for hosting. You get more than your money's worth because these are people interested in performing their job well. This is not always so easy to find these days. Sincerely, Donna Storm Business and Operations Manager Food Works for Middle Way House Donna Storm (http://middlewayfoodworks.org)

November 13th, 2008 Look no farther for a host. I've been with acenet for several years now and have nothing but good to say about them. The tech staff has resolved my problems and helped me do setups and the replies are usually faster than what they say they will be. I don't usually do testimonials but these guys deserve it.

November 10th, 2008 We have been with Acehost and I am all praises for these guys I have also highly recommended it to friends in IT industry and most of them have migrated to Acehost.
More than a year ago the unparralelled customer support of Acehost went real bad and things were in bad shape for a while (this was caused by a transition of back up servers access providers and some company changes if I rememebr it right) However these guys came out with flying colors and are ready for handheld help whenever I have asked for. More power and special thanks to tech support guys, I have all their names they just dont seem to know how to screw things up. Am happy I wrote my piece and after 4 years or more of Acehost all I say to my friends is MIGRATE TO ACEHOST you wont regret. econtent providers (www.txtmate.com)

November 9th, 2008 Support team at Ace-Host restored services within minutes.
A Press Coverage in the local media was published (around half a page). We were a little worried that we would lose the advantage of the press coverage. Support staff at Ace-Host acted almost instantly and services were online within minutes. They saved the day for us. Natesh Babu DR (ourwedding.in)

November 7th, 2008 My web site got attacked and ace-host automatically protected my web-site. I later discovered that this attack had successfully installed a virus. Ace-host provided the very best service I have ever had from a web service provider. Their responce was immediate and they stuck with it until the virus was removed. They were easy to work with and are heads above GoDaddy and NameSecure.
