July 19th, 2008 If you are a serious web designer or even just a beginner, this is the place to be. These people are very serious about making your professional experience with them perfect. I have been with them since December 2004. I have brought many clients to them and built dozens of sites. Things I thought were problems were not anything more than a thing with a simple answer. This group of people is of the caliber that I can build my company around always knowing I will be able to provide the best product and services out there. With their tech support I have never asked a question that was not answered with the speed of lightning on steroids? well you get the point. They are constantly refining and improving their products and services. I have been doing this for over 10 yrs and in my opinion you can not do better anywhere else.

June 27th, 2008 i recently had a problem which i thought was from the host side but it turned out my own computer has messed up the settings. after the technician discovered that the problem was not on their side he went the extra mile to help me sort out my settings on my computer. he could have easily asked me to refer the problem to the store where i bought the computer but he helped me instead. all in a few hours. 2 thumbs up gain.

I had to keep moving because of the constant changes. I run many websites and it became a problem that kept me busy. June 13th, 2008 To move my websites to this hosting company has been without doubt the best choice. I can manage almost everything myself in the admin panel, and if there's anything at all you need help with the support team replies within a few minutes. They put a lot of effort in helping their clients out, it's amazing. I've barely had any downtime and the server speed is excellent.

June 12th, 2008 I have been managing web sites for myself and others for the last 12 years, lots of experience with different hosts - the BEST support, with the quickest response time has come from Ace-Host.net without a doubt! No issue has gone unresolved, response times in minutes rather than hours or days like some others. I'm impressed, new customers will be too I'm sure.

June 12th, 2008 I have now for many years enjoyed the unique and exceptional technical support provided by Ace-Net and recently I had to carry out several changes and actions via the sales department and the exceptional support is not limited to the technical side but also the sales administration side.
