January 8th, 2010 You guys -- ALL of you -- ARE outstanding. In an society where customer service is going the way of a windsheld-clean and tire-check at a service station fill up, I MARVEL at how responsive AND talented you guys are. Not only the fact that any tech issue is addressed in minutes, but also (what I see to be very rare, in my experience) you guys both LISTEN -- AND know what to do. ALSO usually within minutes. If I ever need a reminder about how customer service is supposed to go, I'll do a tech ticket to you guys.

January 6th, 2010 My experiences with Ace Host have been more than satisfactory. In addition to one of the quickest, sharpest, and most courteous support staffs I've run into in my years of seeing other hosts, they have a way of going beyond the normal call of duty to help me out.
A good example was my recent trouble when my domain registrar failed. Although this has nothing to do with them, the offered several suggestions, and gave me the information I needed. Then one of the techs dropped me a line afterwards, wishing me happy holidays and hoping I'd gotten things straightened out. This kind of efficiency and personal concern is especially welcome when the internet experience hits a glitch and Ace Host's staff has risen to every opportunity to help me out and make things work better. From the biggest to the smallest questions or problems, I have been met with nothing but quick friendly professional and patient service. The best that I have experienced in all the years that I have dealing with server hosts. By far the best ever! It reaffirms my decision to switch from my old server.
