WOW! Customer Service at Ace-net is spectacular. They go above and beyond. So incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable. Answers and solutions are always fast. They REALLY know their stuff! I recommend them to all my business associates & friends.

a solution to several problems within a single email in less than 2 hours. informative explanations so as to avoid a reoccurance said problems. relevant answers to your questions from real people & not some automated computer response.

The ace-host team is awesome! I always get prompt service. I give them cryptic messages with incomplete info (because I don't know what's up) and they miraculously figure out what I need and provide the solution. They know their stuff inside out! I'm totally impressed.

I have been a customer with Acenet for 5 years now with three different websites and ventures and still mantain two of them with this firm. I find Acenet continuing to upgrade their software and services as technology improves and each time I need to use their control panel, it seems that there are more options and it is so easy to use.

Customer service is far superior to any other that I've ever used. Because our time is valuable, when I do need to submit a ticket to them for a question or help, I get a response very quickly and don't have to wait a day or even an hour. It is usually responded to within a couple of minutes.

During their upgrades to their system and regular system maintainence, we are notified well in advance of any possible down time and it is not only minimal, but is done during the wee hours of the night when my customers should be sleeping and not surfing.

I have been a long-term customer of Acenet, and couldn't be happier with the service. I have never had an question that wasn't answered promptly, and the level of customer service is exemplary. My site is always running smoothly, and I'm confident that it always will. I anticipate using Acenet for my web hosting as long as I'm in business!!

These dudes at Ace Host rock!

We spent a lot of time and money upgrading our current server base from a single dedicated server to multiple servers including our own dns servers with DNS clustering.

These guys were awesome, pointed us in the right direction before we started and offered us various solutions so we could make an informed choice. Once we had it all planned, adding the servers - including finding us rack space, and getting it all operational was easy. They were only a ticket away when we had an issue.

If you want top level support and expertise for dedicated hosting - then these guys are simply the best.

After 3 years at Acenet not only is there not one thing that has bothered me, i cant even think of something i would change. Fantastic fast responsive support, uptime seems like 100%, fast servers. Just cant say enough about how professional the company is.

I've found many of the things said in other testimonials to be very true for us as well. I've had some horrible hosts; But, what I never expected from a hosting company started when my mother died from cancer.

My credit card had expired and because I was not well for almost 2 years after she passed and couldn't see to my affairs; my account on Ace Host was left unpaid. They had suspended my account.

Having had a great experience with them up until my account was suspended, I came back, logged into my account and paid my bill. What happened next was absolutely unbelievable!

When I contacted them to give them my new domain name and to find out how to sign back up for a plan, I was informed that they had SAVED ALL of my website's data! ALL OF IT! Granted, I didn't need anything from those files - but I really felt like Ace Hosts were there for ME when I needed them. I have never felt like this company was out for themselves and and because of thier wonderful ethics and the fact that they ALWAYS go the distance for me, I will remain a loyal Ace Host customer as long as I have need for hosting services.

After struggling with a few different companies, I finally found AceNet. Their up-time is great - but their willingness to explain what is (or isn't) happening, the number of times they've fixed things that could well have been our doing and their fantastic response time define true value.

This is the first hosting company I willingly pay multiple-months at a time.

I had worried about transferring my website from my old host to this host, but staff assured me they would make the transition as smooth as possible. That they did, answering all my tickets in prompt times (less then 30 minutes). The service, and customer service are top notched. I am glad to of made the switch!
