A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

March 26th, 2010 I was having an issue with a portion of our program giving unexpected results. After a fair amount of work on the code on our end I was sure the issue was coming from the server. When I sent in the issue to the tech support folks they looked int o it and realized the issue was mine and not theirs but rather than just saying "This is not a server issue. It is in your code" they looked into it and found the solution.
I have tried other hosts (all charge less than you guys) but when I have encountered problems they never help the way you do. I have always come back to Acenet. This time you went deep and fast. Thanks! David Kern (evrits.com)

March 25th, 2010 while sending emails I was receiving the error messages "domain name does not exists" and the emails were not getting through. I contacted the domain host and all I got was "all is good there end".
failing this I contacted AceNet and Andy Belleba took the ticket. Within minutes I had a response, sorted out the problem that was with the Domain Host (not Acenet) and started receiving emails all within 30 minutes. It is really worth while being supported by people who care. Thank you Acenet. Charles Camenzuli (catcam.com.au)

March 23rd, 2010 I use Joomla for my business blog. In an effort to reconfigure joomla to be more search engine freindly, I installed an SEF component that mis-configured the server taking my entire site down and prohibiting me from the admin panel to uninstall it.
George Yedinak jumped in to help in about 5 minutes. That was a pretty fast response considering I forgot to mark the ticket as emergency and it was posted as low priority. So..a low priority ticket took about 5 minutes to respond. That was a warm fuzzy. George also informed me about a backup service I was not aware of and for a nominal monthly fee I can have the peace of mind knowing I am covered in situations like this. Thanks George and all the support staff, I've been a customer for five years now! Tom Cellie (www.whoistomcellie.com)

March 19th, 2010 I've been an Acenet customer for over three years now with two different Enterprise accounts.
The reason I am a long-term customer is because the technical support is superlative. I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, patient, and helpful group of tech support people than the one Acenet is fortunate to have. March 18th, 2010 A huge thank you for your patience and persistence. I have struggled with terminology not knowing how to frame my questions and Warren has methodically worked through the issue until it has been resolved.
It was the reports about the great help team that made me choose Acenet and you have lived up to your reputation and exceeded it. Again Thank you Cheryll Bird (cpensw.com)

March 17th, 2010 I was have problems pulling up my website. Your team with patience and their knowledge guided me until the problem was resolved even though it ended up have nothing to do with Acenet. I want to thank Gregory Jackson, Brian Oats and George Yedinak for their patience and understanding. If I missed other techs who helped me, please forgive me. If it wasn't for them I would still be going around in circles trying to resolve this. Many, Many thanks guys!!
