May 27th, 2010 I've been hosting websites with Ace Host since 2005. In 2008 my company also moved from an internal server system to hosting almost entirely using Ace Host. That year we moved dozens of our client websites to Ace Host.
I've always had positive experience when dealing with their technical support. They are knowledgeable, quick, and nice. The servers run smoothly and hosting is a dream compared to other hosts. April 30th, 2010 For the first time in several years I had to ask for help about a connectivity problem. The replies from tech support (Gregory Jackson) were extremely fast, and the reason for the problem was found, fixed and explained after a few tests on both sides.
