August 14th, 2010 I've used about a dozen or more hosting companies since building my first sites in 1996 and out of all of them, the one I'm most impressed with is Ace-Host.
You offer cheap prices. You go out of your way to give people what they want. You seem to understand marketers who have lists. Most importantly, however, you have outstanding customer service! You have a commitment to respond to people's needs fast. Usually within 10-30 minutes. And you give personal, helpful replies that are thorough and complete. The larger hosting companies just paste parts of their FAQs and often without even reading users' messages, just to quickly move to the next support request they have to deal with. That's the deciding factor for me in the host that earns my business. Most people these days are cheap, and they all should be.
