July 21st, 2010 Every time I have to contact your help desk (which is very rare) I am reminded what a good idea signing up with Acenet was. My question was answered within 10 minutes and my problem was not only solved, but I was told how and why too.

July 18th, 2010 I cannot say enough about these guys!!! I am on a dedicated server for the first time as my business has grown and I had no choice but to take the next step. The last time I attempted to use a dedicated server, I had to pay high fees to programmers to run the cPanel, WHM, MySQL and all of the other overwhelming aspects of a dedicated server.
I was fearful when I signed up here, but not only did I get an insanely reasonable monthly rate for my server, but the 24/7 immediate response from all of the techs here is incredible. I have asked some seriously stupid questions and they do not respond in any way that makes me feel like they agree with my ignorance. In fact, I am learning to use all aspects of the server, set up accounts and manage my reseller accounts. Other hosting companies would have charged me a fortune by now for all that they have taught me. The company that referred me to Ace-Net has been here for nearly 10 years with huge amounts of usage.
