Even more important is that you do not fob off problems at the first opportunity by saying they're down to some other system or software than your own. How often do we punters find ourselves in a "pass the buck" circle of disinterest out there, especially in IT land? In my experience you guys are one of what seems to be a dying breed. Before March 29th, 2007 At first, Price was the hook. We signed up with Ace-Net because we needed to cut our costs. It was a bold move on our part because we had been paying thousands of dollars each month to have a 3rd party company maintain and update our own servers on our company property.Ace-Host has cut our costs significantly! Here is the best part. Their support is Awsome. We are using a dedicated server through Ace-Host and while we have control of the servers, Ace-Host is there every step of the way to provide every support need we have encountered. Before March 29th, 2007 As a webmaster, I recommend Acehost to everyone. Every time I gain a client with a different webhost, the headaches are incredible! There's incompatability issues, unsupported scripts, faulty control panels, and lousy support.. I can't believe what my clients are paying when I'm used to working with Acehost. The flexibility and power that come standard with every Acehost hosting package makes every other web host look like amateurs. Huge amounts of disk space, unlimited users, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited databases, and every scripting language supported (and updated regularly)..... you would have to pay hundreds of dollars a month anywhere else to get that kind of package. Acehost really is the best web host, hands down.
