Before March 29th, 2007 I have to say I am totally pleased with all aspects of Ace-Hosting. I have 3 hosting accounts with them.I have also greatly appreciated their timly support. Duane, Ryan and all of them over there (sorry if I can't remember all of your names!) They are always kind and helpful, and go beyond what I feel they are expected to do.They are always there to give guidance, some minor code help with links to go along.Right now I can't remember the name of my previous host, but it doesn't matter as ace hosting outshines all of the others.You guys are all fabulous, and I am so thankful that I found you all. Your pre sales support was just as good as the post sales support. Keep up the good work. Before March 29th, 2007 For the first time I have to agree with the other testimonials I saw posted. I have never been as satisfied with a customer rep like Sean M. from Ace-Host. My billing changes and questions were handled INSTANTLY. I've never had such quick and helpful service. The web-hosting special has more features per dollar than any other host I've seen as well. I love the control I have over my domain hosting. Thanks for one year of quality service!

Before March 29th, 2007 I've been with some other hosts in the past, but Ace-Host.net has the best quality across the board. My biggest gripe about other hosts is that they lack quality support. They might sell you a great deal for a hosting account, but their support doesn't come close to what Ace-Host gives you. Ace-Host has a great product, and combined with their excellent customer service, it can't be beat. Uptime is excellent too. I plan on staying with Ace-Host.net for a long time!

Before March 29th, 2007 The customer support at Ace-Net is unparalleled in ANY business I've dealt with.When a company has this kind of support, you find yourself willing to work through any problem to keep their service. My problems have been extremely minor, but they were treated as if my business had come to a halt and depended on their immediate attention to restore to normal.As long as I need hosting services, it will be with Ace-Net.

Before March 29th, 2007 I have had a few hosting companies prior to Ace-Host.Net and they were horrible! No support, and up time was not.You can count on up time, support and easy to use cpanel, from Ace-Host. I have been a client since 2004 and now have 4 accounts and just upgraded one of them. Customer support is bar-none! You'll have an answer quickly and explained so even a novice like me can understand what the heck is going on. If you are looking for a hosting company or thinking of switching. Look no further. Ace-Host.Net has taken great care of me. It's nice to know if you just can't figure out a problem, help is just a click away.
