The support from ace-net has been really good so far. All of my questions and problems have been answered and problems fixed in a short time, usually within five minutes so far. The ticket system has worked well for me since the tickets are responded to quickly. On the tecnical side the hosting has been very good with the support tools available, like c-panel and the database tools.

Honestly soemtimes there are problems and needful maintenance. ACE has always provided a truthful quick response to my problems. In addition, ACE has always been willing to tell the truth even when it meant they had to openly admit they had a problem or had failed. This is helpful to me by not waisting my time trying to figure out what was wrong. thanks

At first, I was apprehensive about a reply via email for more time sensitive questions. I would have preferred a phone number and speaking with an operator. Having gone through a number of situations (my web skills are limited) via their email help, I am satisfied and have averages that the Ace-Host tech team does respond promptly. Their answers are comprehensive and they will hang in there until they know the situation has been remedied. The online demos are a great idea and super helpful.

I have my own website and administer another on ace-host. I've been a client for over a year and have not had one issue! They have also been quick to help (minutes) on anything I asked of them - even on uploading issues that have been my fault.This is the BEST hosting service around!
