I was having a problem with my email for a week and it turned out to be an error on another host, but Jeremy at Acenet was very helpful in figuring out the solution. The quick reponse times was awesome. I really like the trouble ticket format. I would definately recommend this host.

Before March 29th, 2007 The only time we get to know just how good or bad our service provider is, is when things go wrong. Having had poor-to-bad support experiences with other service providers of all sorts over my many years in the IT industry, it was a great pleasure to receive not only excellent but also very fast support from Acenet staff, and my (albeit self-inflicted) problem was resolved within an hour from my first reporting it. This is the best I have experienced to date, and I believe in giving credit where it's due.During my two years here the website and download facility that I operate has never given slow response, nor difficulty for my friends to connect to, and download speeds have always been fast and stable.Very many thanks to you for your excellent hosting service and extremely fast support, I really appreciate it and will continue to recommend your services based on this excellent customer support, which in my experience sets you out from many others.Many thanks and best regards.

Before March 29th, 2007 I have been in government IT for over 20 years and have dealt with hundreds of support desks. I am now starting my own web hosting and design service and have recently switched to ACENET as my provider. My expereience with ACENET's support is outstanding! Rapid, courteous response with the correct solution everytime. I am amazed at how quickly they respond. Almost instantly! Their services are stellar and I have not experienced any problems that weren't resolved immediately. No need to look anywhere else, they have the price, performance and support to meet my every need.

Before March 29th, 2007 Why i think ace-host is the best! 1. Super fast server 24/7 - no matter what time of day it is! 2. Theres Never server downtime 3. Tech Support goes out of the way to help me 4. There under priced for the quality of service 5. Cpanel stays updated 6. New customer site setup is done in minutes not hours or days 7. Secure payment methed 8. You dont get emails from them trying to get you to upgrade or spend more money 9. Tons of bonus programs, scripts, templates, just for signing up. Im not going anywhere acehost is the best. i wish it didn't take so long for me to find them! I went through several large hosting companies that just couldn't keep me as a client for one reason or another. I cant find a reason to leave ace-host. The hosting business can be shady, im glad i found you guys!

Before March 29th, 2007 Acenet is truly customer and service oriented. In these days we joke about ?customer no-service?, Acenet?s staff restored my faith in getting help when I needed it. I did hit a glitch with them, partly my own error. They made no excuses, but instead got right to work to find a solution that I would be happy with. Before March 29th, 2007 I think that Acenet is the best webhosting service I have come across by far. They have support staff that fix problems fast. I never wait for the reply emails to arrive - I just submit my request to the support department and then refresh the screen after a few minutes. The reply is always there. Even hardware problems take less than 15 minutes to solve - that is quick. Never a stomach ache - just a hiccup. The staff also point you to other helpful webresources when you have issues to resolve. Magic!

Before March 29th, 2007 Acenet knows and understands just how important your website is to your business. Whenever any complication arises, they are there to fix it. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a response to a situation. Just recently my website 'broke'. And even though it wasn't their responsibility to fix it, they did anyways. I will never use another host. Acenet is the best, hands down.
