It has been for 2 years now that i am a client at ACE-NET. I started with a reseller plus plan as my company made more clients i changed recently to a dedicated server. I was affraid that the transfer would make some real problems with my clients theire websites. Not at all not 1 website went down not even 1 min. Amazing support during the transfer and setup of the dedicated server. Also Sales staff was verry helpfull !! I want to let to know the world out theire how amazing you guys are ! Support within 10 to 15 min somtimes even 3 min !!! So future clients for ACE-NET do not hestitate choose for ACE-NET because sometimes cheaper deals will give you and your clients the hell nobody wants ! June 21st, 2007 I appreciate the wonderful service you guys provide. I mostly store pictures for items i sell on ebay, and my webstore. Not alot of traffic to the main site but some of my picture were getting 10,000 hits a day, no problems. I have had service with you for the last 2 years, during which time I never had any problems. No downtime issues, no lost files, no missing servers. Every time i contacted tech support they were able solve any problems I was dealing with. I have recently upgraded and everything went perfect and smoothly. I needed more space more sites and more domains. Everything was simple and smooth. I appreciate the wonderful service and great service.

June 17th, 2007 I've been with Acenet for almost a year now and I'm 100% satisfied. My site is down only very rarely - I can recall only two or three times in a year that I could not access it, and it only lasted a minute or two each time. The price is great and I can easily store all of my information and have plenty of bandwidth as well. There tech support is on call 24/7 and responds literally within a couple minutes to every inquiry that I've had. Thank you Acenet!

June 17th, 2007 Ace-Host.net customer service is the best I've experienced. I've used plenty of other hosts in the past, and had always had difficulty with tech support. It would take hours or even days to get an answer. It always amazes me how fast Ace-Host will answer your ticket, usually within minutes! Since I've discovered their excellent service, I don't plan on switching ever, their service is golden!

June 12th, 2007 I have used ace-host.net a couple of times and each time they have been nothing short of fantastic. Nothing has been too much trouble, and each time I have had even the slightest enquiry they have got back to me in minutes rather than hours or days.
