I have been a customer with Ace-Host since my website launched four years ago. You cannot beat the value, security, customer service, and technical support that Ace-Host has to offer. I have referred people to this company, and they too are happy with service. I appreciate that whenever I have a problem, Ace-Host helps me resolve it in a matter of minutes. I am not a web expert, but I feel as though I am with Ace-Host.

If the the sales department had known how much tech support I was going to need building my website, they probably would have made some excuse in order not to offer to host it.

I do not know the first thing about website building.
The Tech team guided me almost step by step!!!! Do you know how much money I saved??? ALOT.
The best part is the profesional way they answer even the dumbest of questions. I felt like I had hired my own private teacher.

I've been hosting my domain(s) with Acenet since 2004.
Well, before I find Acenet I tried 3 other companies which didn't meet my expectations.
With Acenet, and beside their fantastic real time support, high quality servers, and reasonable prices, they have the most releable support team at all. I believe that "after sales" services should be the main business that a company concentrate on, and Acenet do care about this very well.
Thank you Acenet for all what you do. Big Thanks to the support team especially to Ryan K, Brian O, Matthew S, Jeremy D (plus for the amazin backup script), Duane C, and the rest of the team.

I recommend Acenet for all of those who ask about a releable host company. In short, Acenet is Number ONE.

I have used Acenet for almost two years now. Their service is second to none. Server time down NIL. Ticket response is 100% answered inside of five minutes.
I would have no problems recommending Acenet to anyone considering a Web Hosting service.

By far the best technical support I've found available online. The prices are fair and the services are great. But best of all, and most impressive, is their technical and billing support services. The technicians are smart, nice, and quick to reply.

I've been with Ace-Host.Net for approximately 3 years now and I can't say enough good things about this hosting company. I've dealt with other hosting companies in the past that boast great customer support and promise bells and whistles... but the bells and whistles always cost extra and the customer support could drive a good man to drink! Not so, with Ace-Host.
I frequently (and will always) recommend Ace-Host to friends and clients alike and would strongly recommend them to anyone that reads this testimonial. The sales people are friendly, helpful and accessible and the customer support is outstanding. This is by-far the best hosting company; not just for the money, but for the peolple that run it!!!
