July 5th, 2007 The people here at Ace-host are top of the line. Customer service ALWAYS gets to me, usually within a few minutes time, and their people are always, always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a question, they're on the ball and I've never had a problem with them. Down time is rare and they make things so easy it's just impossible for me not to like this host.

July 4th, 2007 Well for starters, I have to say that Acenet is the most wonderful host I have ever been with. Not only is their sales staff wonderful, easy to talk to and reason with, but their tech support staff are breathtaking. I've had a few problems with my databases and my forums, not only did they go to the forums software website to read up on it- so that they could fix it, they also converted, integrated and repaired several other things I needed doing. All this within a day.! The prices here are really good, the staff are excellent, you couldn't wish for anything better for a hosting company! I completely recommend this to anybody who wants hassle free- 24hour support hosting. A must have for any website! You should join Acenet and find out for yourself.

July 3rd, 2007 I have been using websites since 1994. We actually were the first commercial website hosted at Micron here in Boise. After we got the site set-up, it took them months to send us an invoice because they were so new at the game, they didn't even have a pricing sheet. So we have floated around from local server to local server until a friend turned us on to ace-host. It is the most intuitive, cost effective hosting company I've ever seen. We have tried to sell as much as we can, not taking on a re-seller position (to much work that's not in our area) but just get people to sign up and then we just turn the commission back around to pay for our own site. Your bundle software, user interface are amasing, but most important, your tech crew has become my best friends with there "go beyond the hosting" support. I feel I can take on some client projects knowing that I can ask questions when it comes to software implementation, set ups...anything, and when your support staff have a moment, dig into my issues and always...ALWAYS come up with the answer. Thank you Ace-Host. To bad your tech support offices are not in Atlanta were your servers are. Before, I had severe bad experience with few hosting providers and do not want to name them as it might hurt their business more. July 2nd, 2007 I have been with Acenet Hosting for quite some time now, and it is the best hosting company I have been with. I have had very few problems with it, and on the rare occasions I did have a problem, the Tech Support people were very helpful. Thet respond quickly to trouble tickets, and are patient with me. The pricing is very affordable and the hosting plans are great. I would recommend Acenet hosting to anyone who asks me about hosting sites. Great work, Acenet!

July 1st, 2007 On a couple of occasions I have needed to contact Technical Support and both times have been overwhelmed by the personal interest taken in my situation. This most recent time was even more complex than the first. I needed an Addon Domain change to my account but wasn't really sure how to go about setting it up. Support answered each and every one of my questions in a very timely manner and with such courtesy. I have used many different hosts in the past but Ace-Host is without a doubt the best. I will stay with Acenet, Inc. forever!
