April 29th, 2007 I am continually amazed a ace-net's responsiveness. They are incredible at providing assitance with any problem I run up against. They are fast, knowledgable, courtious, and kind. I feel like I'm part of a team when I working with them. Their servers are great, fast, and have a lot of features installed or ready to install. April 27th, 2007 "You get what you pay for" is a phrase we often hear.
But with Acenet, You get a lot more than what you paid for! Honestly, I started hosting with Acenet nearly a year ago, & I was intending to have a temporally hosting for 1 month. But as you can see, I'm still here & will be, as long as Acenet exists. They have a super fast response to your tickets & incredible friendly team. April 27th, 2007 I have used a lot of different hosting services, ranging from Network Solutions to my own boxes in a co-location. I do "web 2.0" interactive design in PHP and Flash/XML.

April 13th, 2007 What makes Ace-net different is that customers with not much more than clicking/browsing knowledge, end up with professionally set host. This company obtains outstanding manner of kind, quick and irrefragable response and immediate action at any point of time of dealing with them. Absolutely reliable and responsible, Ace-net team taking care of unexperienced customer like myself, letting customer lead the project but nicely pointing to the best options and features in setting the host, providing exhaustive explanations. And again, I started as absolutely unexperienced web user, and still have to learn even about most of essentials of the hosting administration. Yet I feel safe with our host because from the first day of having Ace-net as service provider, there was not a single moment when required for our site tools and features were absent.
