I thought I had my site all in order, but soon realized that it wasn't.
My form page didn't work properly, even after several corrections.
However; after contacting Acenet techs(Brian and Jeremy), they spent time patiently working out my problem. Everythings running like clock work now! Great support team! Ace-host.net will be my web host service, forever.

Over the past several years that i've been with ACE, i have not had a single issue that was not resolved and resolved to my complete satisfaction! Not only is the support the fastest i've ever seen but the *quality* of the support and the genuine interest in helping clients that i've seen from ACE is totally without rival!

Most recently i ran into a site migration issue that had me tearing out my hair and with only a few exchanges with their technical person (Jeremy in this case), what was to me an insurmountable task was done without event in a hour or so.

There's no need to *ever* look anywhere else when it comes to web hosting and world-class support!

I have been using Acenet since around 2002 (don't quote me). I run several websites from the space that I have on Acenet. I have only had a few "hiccups" over the last 4 years with the email servers and file servers that I use at Acenet.

"Hiccups" are to be expected and are completely normal. What is not normal is the amount of expertise and customer support that ACENET gives to myself and to my company. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a reply to a trouble ticket that I have submitted. I have never had to wait more than a few hours for the problems to be completely resolved which allows me to conduct my business as usual.

The personnel @ ACE NET are the real deal and I would NEVER go anywhere else. I would not even care if another host would do it for FREE and give me unlimited hard drive space and unlimited bandwidth. What I am paying for in the end with ACE NET is CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!! The hosting is FREE (in my book).

Try getting someone @ Dell to fix your problem this fast!

I don't even know how ACE NET makes any money with the prices that they charge for hosting, it is practically free. For my company it is FREE. I could not afford to build a PC, maintain it, pay for electricity, and so on for the price that I would pay at ACE NET after 20 years. Do the math, I could have my hosting with ACE NET for 20 years and still not have paid for the computer that would cost $1000.00. What PC will last 20 years? what PC is not upgraded over a 20 year period? That does not include internet pricing of 50+ bucks a month. That does not include the electricity per month that a server would require.

I've been with ace-host for about 4 years now and I havent write anything about their good service. I think this is the Time. I just love this company and their Technical support and their sales Team are the best in the whole world and I just LOVE them all!

I am sure that there are people out there who have no experience at all in web-hosting, server etc, if you are one of them, you are in the right place, right time and this is the right company.

I've heard of a lot of people that have problems with their servers, but ace-host has never failed me. Their awsome technical support with quick response time and knowledge in answering all diff kinds of questions is really beyond me. I've always recommended families and friends who are looking to set up their own sites to ace-host and I will continue to do so.

After having all diff kinds of bad experiences with other Hosting companies, Acehost was a life saving experience for me and my business!

I routinely setup clients with generally smaller rented servers on a project by project basis; I setup an Ace-Host.Net account for my personal use about a year ago and have had very few issues. With the issues I have had, they were of my creation and Ace-Host far exceeded not only the level of service set by other hosting companies but my personal expectations as well. The customer service representatives at Ace-Host have been extremely helpful and communicate very well with English as their first language (its just easier whe it is); further EVERYONE at Ace-Host has acted with me as if they WANT to be working that day and their actions have reflected the same.

Kudos Ace-Host, I am not one to give praise lightly but you have exceeded my highest expectations in every aspect of our relationship thus far.

I came to Ace-Net about 6 months ago after using a sluggish hosting account that would leave me sitting at 404 error pages all the time, or was down because of this or that. I would email thier support team only to wait for hours and sometimes days to get an answer. Well a friend of mine that hosts with AceNet told me about them and am I glad he did. I have had nothing but positive things from this company from Sales to Super Fast Support they have a winning attitude. Sales walked me though all the pricing info I needed and Support and been there for me on more then one occasion with lightening fast response and action. And the speeds acomplished by my site are remarkable.

If your thinking about hosting with the other guys take a look at AceNet first and give them a test drive you wont be sorry.
