August 23rd, 2007 As a complete novice to webhosting I signed up with Acenet in the hope that I could figure it all out. Almost 3 years later I have just upgraded my account and am still almost a total novice. The support team have patiently guided me through with what to them must be such simple questions. That leaves me to concentrate purely on my websites, confident that the hosting is in great hands when I get into difficulties of my own creation.

August 23rd, 2007 I am constantly amazed at the level of customer service provided by Ace-Host. Often, in the short time it takes for me to log into my email, I have an answer to the ticket I submitted; sometimes within 20 seconds!
