I've been using acenet for several years now, and have numerous sites hosted with them and a couple dozen clients hosted there as well. In the infrequent moments that I need to contact them I've found the staff to be quickly responsive, informative, and they treat me as a valued client. The sales staff has been personable and easy to communicate with. The tech staff has helped me out several times with efficiency, savvy, and a gracious attitude.
With their amazing pricing structure and rich choice of installable script options and easy control panel, I will continue to use Acenet for all my hosting needs.

Recently I purchased an additional Domain name and had to be moved to a new server to accommodate the increase in names I now have. I dreaded the move for fear of everything getting messed up. NOT!!

Although there were a few issues, each one was quickly addressed by the fantastic tech department and corrected in a timely manner. Most recently an error in one of my scripts was found and I could no longer access one of my domains. Figured I would be spending the entire weekend rebuilding, but nope. The problem was found and corrected and I am in business once again. The folks at Ace-Host, from sales to support to management have been great and I highly recommend and have placed additional business from my clients with them.

ACE-HOST is without a doubt the best web host I have used. The features are simply amazing, and they never stop giving! I am still overjoyed by the addition of the Barracuda Spam Filter, which in roughly a month has stopped 60% of my spam, and still continues to learn. Their Technical Support Team is the best I have seen, and they are eager to help with any problems and/or questions. I always HIGHLY recommend ace-host to all of my clients/friends.

I'm completely satisfied with the way I've been treated by the hosting provider. This includes their billing department, too - but first and foremost, their tech support. These people go out of their way to help you - beyond what you'd call their job description. You get things done fast - and things you'd never even expect to be possible suddenly get done as well.

This has not been that way from the very start (I've been with aceHost for a few years) - at some point our relationship was quite tense. Fortunately, the firm found it possible to drastically improve their performance. Today I would not even think of switching my hosting provider, simply because of the security level that comes with my hosting plan.

Highly recommended.

I upgraded my version of SMF and had problems with it. Even though Ace-Net does not direct support for this Third-Party program, Duane found the problem and solved it quickly. Once again, I'm amazed how great Tech Support is.

I must say, I've ran into a lot of web hosting support throughtout my years of using different web hosts. I must say these guys are by far the greatest support team I have ever seen or even heard about.. I really dont think my site would be where it is at today if it wasnt for the great tech support team these guys got. I recommend these guys to everyone. Keep up the great work..
