January 1st, 2011 I have been with Acenet for over 8 years now and I must say that I never ever have to wait for a reply back and even if its a low priority issue I always get a reply back right away. I am so impressed that I would recommend Acenet to anyone needing a domain and hosting service. Also, never any downtime!! Kudos!!
