April 4th, 2011 I have been a client for 6 years now. Their support is top notch. Any question, concern, or crisis (of my own doing)that I've submitted has been addressed and corrected quickly and efficiently. As long as I need a website, they will be my only choice. I would never entertain the thought of switching!

March 11th, 2011 I had top notch help when I accidentally deleted my whole website with a click of the mouse. I sent in a ticket for this emergency and it was back up and running less than 30 minutes after contacting them. Thanks Acenet....for a quick response and getting me back up and running so quick! I highly recommend them...

February 24th, 2011 I have been with Acenet for over 5 years and I can say they are simply the best host I have ever used. Excellent customer support and their packages are unmatched. I have never had any problem with their host going down or anything and when they do need to do maintainance, they always do it on non busy off peak hours as to not conflict with your normal traffic flow or usage. February 15th, 2011 As a specialist on customer experience, I appreciate how hard it can be to tie all the details together - especially when dealing with technology. Acenet's tech staff really cares, they respond very fast, and they listen hard to what you say. All my problems originated outside of their domain, but no matter. They jump in and solve the problem. A really great, highly professional team.

February 12th, 2011 Acenet hosting is one of the leading hosting company I have ever experienced with. Server uptimes are Excellent. 99%+. I have been with them for many years now. If you run reliable website of yours and a working webmaster, you must need help from your web hosting company. I would recommend Acenet(ace-host) because when it comes to help or support Acenet staff are very generous and very creative, help you right way as your need. One thing impress me I am not sure how they do quick reply to your concern. If at any time I shoot them an email for a help before I even notice reply to my question with solution or suggestion is in my Inbox. Another way to say that Help supports staff are very creative. One time I even have question about billing and I got my response and fix the issue within the same day. Over all I would give them a "Five Star" rating as a reliable web hosting company and most of all their supports team are very creative and Excellent.

January 22nd, 2011 In review of my past experience with ACENET INC, which began in April 2006, I was truly impressed and hoping to remain with this web host service till my demise. On the web since 1996, this was indeed the most organized provider I had met. Not only did they offer material for marketing to help an individual set up a web business but the many free programs that can be installed through the free series of 'Fantastico' Programs offer blogs, forums, ecommerce etc. and the straightforward Cpanel. The programs were easy to install for a novice. What I liked most was the independence of running the reseller site. Everything I needed to know was at my fingertips. I didn't need to contact Acenet.
