I've used about a dozen or more hosting companies since building my first sites in 1996 and out of all of them, the one I'm most impressed with is Ace-Host.

You offer cheap prices. You go out of your way to give people what they want. You seem to understand marketers who have lists.

Most importantly, however, you have outstanding customer service!

You have a commitment to respond to people's needs fast. Usually within 10-30 minutes. And you give personal, helpful replies that are thorough and complete. The larger hosting companies just paste parts of their FAQs and often without even reading users' messages, just to quickly move to the next support request they have to deal with.

That's the deciding factor for me in the host that earns my business. Most people these days are cheap, and they all should be. So which one you go with I believe comes down to how well they treat you. That's why Ace-Host gets my "Best Host" recommendation and testimonial.

I cannot say enough about these guys!!! I am on a dedicated server for the first time as my business has grown and I had no choice but to take the next step. The last time I attempted to use a dedicated server, I had to pay high fees to programmers to run the cPanel, WHM, MySQL and all of the other overwhelming aspects of a dedicated server.

I was fearful when I signed up here, but not only did I get an insanely reasonable monthly rate for my server, but the 24/7 immediate response from all of the techs here is incredible. I have asked some seriously stupid questions and they do not respond in any way that makes me feel like they agree with my ignorance.

In fact, I am learning to use all aspects of the server, set up accounts and manage my reseller accounts. Other hosting companies would have charged me a fortune by now for all that they have taught me.

The company that referred me to Ace-Net has been here for nearly 10 years with huge amounts of usage.
