I'm a tough customer. Ace-Host.net has always come through and been 100% supportive of my hosting needs at any time on any day. In over 10 years of using Ace-Host.net, I have never experience an outage. Further, my support tickets are always handled promptly and I am never left waiting around for an answer. I transferred my domain to Acenet in January 2005 and over the past 9 years, Acenet has updated and maintained their servers and they have consistently offered the best web tools. I was able to set up a database and survey to complete my doctoral thesis in 2010. Maintaining my site is easy and I am happy to say that there have been zero problems and practically zero unplanned down time. Their support has been wonderful when I've had questions and responses have been prompt. I couldn't be happier with the service and support and respect I have received over the years and will remain a loyal and happy customer.

I guess it's time to rave again. Especially with all the newbies yelling cloud...cloud! Fine for backing up you photos and music and videos, but there comes a time when you need the power of a website for all your FB and social networking to reference back to. Then you need Ace-Host!

When I went to their CEO for assistance on how to best leverage my costs and yet have a premier dedicated server, he could have just sent me to their current offerings page. He hunted a bit and found a unit they had just made and gave me a deal on it. Even their top of the line dedicated packages are price well below anything I have seen. So that's the product.

Now support. The most reliable way to judge a companies support is how often and for how long you see the same names pop up. That means they are treated right, the company knows their value and in return they treat the customer right. We know them all and have seen their names for years. They are the finest, most professional support crew I've ever seen. Don't even worry about no phone in! Their tickets are just as fast 24 / 7 / 365 and you always get their support people...not a call center.

I added a free little server health script called New Relic and I can now monitor my entire server via browser or even an iPhone app. When I asked them to install it...never any questions. Do not be fooled by the latest trends. At some point you will need a very powerful engine under the internet hood and these are the guys to go to.

I got to say, the tech team here rocks!! I have given my testimonial before but the tech team just did me one more that deserves great merit.

I was having an EXTREMELY elusive problem with with some configuration files and they were on it immediately. When i came back my site was working like a charm. What i noticed is that 3 different technicians all responded in succession, each capitalizing off the previous results until the problem was completely solved.

You know i wasn't going to make it easy on you guys right? :-)

Anyway, i got to mention, i am always bugging these guys for server help one way or the other, and they are always there to the rescue.

I have been using Ace Net for many years and must say they have vastly improved. The Tech Support group is very quick, helpful and knowledgeable. I recently added a new site and had a few issues getting it up and running. A few emails and everything was resolved.

I have been an Acenet customer, with several websites, for almost 10 years . They have always responded to every situation in a timely and professional manner. I had used other hosting services prior to hooking up with Acenet and none of them were in the same league. So to start with...this is one of several testimonials I've posted over the 9 years I've been with AceHost! Yup, 9 years, many websites, many affiliate sales...not because of any spiff paid back. I've never gotten a dime! I turn it back in for more goodies from this incredible company. I'm an end-user, which means I focus on the "why" a lot more than the "how". I'm very comfortable saying to people "oh, we can do that" because with AceHost, the how is NEVER an issue.
