April 7th, 2012 I have been using Ace-Host.net for about 8 years. I have been spoiled since the start. With great service and servers as fast as a greased panther, I have had no reason to ever think of moving. The up time is great and the customer service is speedy and perfect.
I have had the misfortune of having to do work for clients that had their own hosting solutions and it has always been a nightmare because I am used to the speed and reliability of my Ace-Host server. March 6th, 2012 I've left a testimonial here before a year or so ago but thought I'd do it again. You simply will not find a better deal, and it comes with with flawless support, I often wonder how they turn a profit! For the money I pay you'd be lucky to get a 10th of the space and a fraction of their unlimited bandwidth.

February 27th, 2012 I found Acenet around 1995, they have always offered top notched service at affordable-competitive pricing. Tech support is lightening fast; reps are knowledgeable and courteous. But, what is MOST unique about Acenet is the way they care about people. I have mental health issues that are sometimes debilatating. When my mother died, I had issues for 2 years -thus, I forgot about my domains. When I returned--2 years later, I paid up my invoices and when I logged back into my CPanels--EVERYTHING was still there! More recently, I had some issues, and I didn't notice when my payment for my site was declined due to limited funds in my bank account. I went to pay my invoices and had a severe panic attack I put in a request to cancel my domains, in my panic I found another popular host and set up shop there. Meanwhile, the acenet sales rep followed up on my requests and sent me a very awesome email explaining EVERYTHING about the issue my problem was related to! There was no question that I was coming back to the place that I can TRUST to hold my most valuable assets--my websites. These guys and gals here are the BEST of the BEST--not only as hosts, but as PEOPLE who truelly care about other people! Guess what that means? Customers CAN NOT GO WRONG when they choose Acenet as their hosting company. Do I recommend them? Yep, to every person I know that needs a host and even to some who don't! Thanks guys and gals!!!

You guys and gals really rock my world. I have hosted with you for years now and will never move anywhere else because of your good prices and outstanding support. Whenever I have an issue I log a support ticket, go and make myself a cup of coffee quickly and then refresh the screen to see your answer ready and waiting for me. Your best response times happen during times of crisis. (There have been only two issues in over 4 years that have caused any downtime.) The best response time was when my mailserver got stuck for a few minutes - it took you less than 45 seconds to reply to the support ticket and less than 2 minutes to resolve the issue. Total downtime in over four years has been less than 10 minutes total. That is 99.9995 percent uptime - way beyond your advertised 99.99 percent uptime. That is awesome. You also go out of your way to assist the customer with even the most trivial of issues. I started out a real noob four years ago and needed the most basic of help - and you helped. February 2nd, 2012 I've said it before and I'll say it again. Ace-host.net support rocks!
I've had various domains hosted with Ace-host.net for years now, just vanity domains. Last year, my husband realized he wasn't happy with his choice of career and wanted to try something new, something he liked. To do this, we'd need an ecommerce website. With guidance from Ace-host support, we're now well on our way. We've got a dedicated IP, we've got our own SSL Certificate and we've got the best support system ever. Thanks go out to Jerald Darow, Matthew Spahr, Laith Miqbil for getting us set up with the Enterprise 2.0 Plan, which is costing us the same as we'd been paying when you took in to consideration all of the addon domains and the dedicated IP.
