Having been with ACENET for a lot of years they have provided an excellent reliable service to hold our worldwide based car club with pretty much perfect uptime and reliability. The Support of the team is excellent and any support offered is also quick and helpful. They always look after there own and feel we are in safe hands with them. Probably the most recommended company for me for anyone hosting there website. I will be guaranteed to be with ACENET for years.

We had issues with the domain name registrars - the child name server data was corrupted. Which means none of our websites were accessible.

Sean Malen and Arun Peethambaran of Acenet hand held us thru the process of fixing this.

They went out of the way and fixed certain parameters at the domain name registrars and also set the DNS on our local LAN using remote access.

Very rare to see network engineers and sys admins go this extent to resolve an issue for their client.

Excellent support. Keep it up.

I have had a few businesses in the past, a web based mail order catalog company, and a few other things all requiring servers and hosting companies.

I can not tell you the frustration, the anger, the despair that I always shared with them and they were big hosting companies!

I took over this forum and have had very few questions that needed answers. I can't tell you how fast, how efficient and how downright simple and peaceful the experience has been.

My only regret is that I did not know you and use you 35 years ago!!

One of the reasons I chose Acenet was because of their quick response to questions before I opened an account with them. That service only improved once I decided to user them as a host. In the 4+ years Ive been with Acenet, Ive had nothing but good experiences.

I really want to thank Acenet for all the commitment they have shown over the years to delivering exceptional client services.

I have been with them for about 10 years now and there have been a total of 3 incidents which affected services. Never once did they allow the service impact to last more than a few minutes and statistically speaking their uptime is 99.9997 percent at the very worst.

They are proactive if any issues arise, like one time someone got hold of my email account details off my personal computer and used it to send spam out. Acenet notified me that my email account was sending abnormal amounts of mail within minutes and I was able to quickly logon and change the passwords and block the spam sending.

I always brag to my friends about the time Acenet responded to a high severity issue that I logged with them. They responded to my support ticket in under 1 minute. (Their normal response time is faster than it takes to boil the kettle and make a cup of coffee. That is on a low severity incident.)

If they were on, a website that offers the opportunity to complain or to compliment people on services (which is limited to South Africa) then I would post a compliment for Acenet every single time I log a support ticket with them without fail. Their support technicians always go the extra mile when it is needed and they never fail to impress me.

To all at Acenet I want to say a huge Thank You for being a company that I am always pleased to do business with.

Your service standards have shown me that truly exceptional service is possible in this world we live in, and has inspired me in my working life to go the extra mile for my clients.

These guys are awesome!!! I have been with them since 2005 and their 24/7 tech support, well... I must bow my head, Acenet takes pride on what they do and provide!
