Before March 29th, 2007 Acenet's customer support is unbelievable! It never fails to amaze me how quickly my questions are answered about my account (typically within a few minutes). I almost wrote "issues" instead of "questions" in that last sentence, but that would be misleading. I have had no issues with Acenet. The hosting has been flawless. Always up, always fast and always a great price value for my company. This is why my site will always be hosted by Acenet!

Before March 29th, 2007 I have to say I am totally pleased with all aspects of Ace-Hosting. I have 3 hosting accounts with them.I have also greatly appreciated their timly support. Duane, Ryan and all of them over there (sorry if I can't remember all of your names!) They are always kind and helpful, and go beyond what I feel they are expected to do.They are always there to give guidance, some minor code help with links to go along.Right now I can't remember the name of my previous host, but it doesn't matter as ace hosting outshines all of the others.You guys are all fabulous, and I am so thankful that I found you all.
