I have been with acenet for a few years now and I have never had one single problem. The support staff have been excellent and I cant thank them enough. No downtime either....just fab..would recommend you to anyone.

It never fails. When I have an issue or problem that I can't figure out, I just send off a support ticket. This last time, within 2 minutes I had the solution to my MySQL database problem. Support if phenomenal. I cannot recommend this company more highly. It's all about the support. :-)

I have four domain hostings at ACE-NET by now.
This tels by itself about my satisfactions with quality of service and uptime.

When technical question is asked (day or night) answer comes in 15 minutes or less.

This company has great stuff and I wish then financial success.

I would recommend ACE-NET for your web hosting services.

Being tech support myself I know how hard it can be to provide your customers with good support, but I can tell you, the guys at Acenet somehow always seem to manage. They respond in a timely manner, always address the customer correct and provide you with a solution that is understandable and easy to implement (if they haven't done so themselves already)

Out of a score of 1 to 10 I'd give these guys a definite 10+. They've always come through for me and server-downtime has been next to nothing, keep up the good work Acenet.. :)
