As a novice, there is sooooooooo much to learn when maintaining a website. Thank goodness for the quick responses from the Acenet staff. I would surely have given up had it not been for all their help.

I am not a professional when it comes to building and maintaining my website so I frequently refer to the Ace knowledge base, and when I cant solve it in there I submit a ticket to the very helpful and all knowing techs @Ace. The techs always reply promptly, their information is always great and in the terms that I can understand, follow and use. Thanks Ace I'm almost ready to upgrade to ecommerce.

If somebody wants to have hassle free web hosting then Ace Host Net is the best. You can always rely on it.
Mark my words, your site will hardly ever go down (I never saw that happen with my site in 3 years).
If you need support, these guys make sure you get your problem fixed before they see you off.
I am more then just satisfied with ACE HOST people. And Insha Allah (By God's willing) I will continue with them forever.
