You guys are great! I've gone through a lot of hosts searching for one that cared enough to give true support, which you can only find out by signing up. I was looking for someone with space to grow, since I had outgrown a prior host where I've been for the last 8-9 years. They also gave good support, but were too limiting on their disk space, so I needed to move on. I searched for over a year, signing up and then canceling, until I found the place where I could settle in for probably the rest of my life. I'm sincerely grateful for your prompt and accurate support, and glad I found you. Please keep up the good work!!

Every time I've had any questions or needed any assistance, I've found Acenet

I consider Acenet the faster problem solver all over the net, they are always ready to help you, checking your resources, checking how everything works in your domain. These people is doing more than you expect from a internet service company. They are taking care of your business and this give you satisfaction when you receive help from then and not spam service trying to upgrade your account like other similar companies.

As an expert that have websites for almost 20 years and wondered between hosting services, I selected ace-host not only for myself but for all my customers. I have two websites with Acenet and I've been very happy with their support. Always fast response. I am also impressed that during an upgrade, there was an issue with some of the accounts after the upgrade. AceNet kept customers informed of the problems and resolution, but most importantly put measures into place to prevent the problem from happening with future upgrades. My previous ISP was constantly making the same mistakes over and over with each upgrade and never took steps to prevent problems from reoccuring. So I stopped giving that company my money and switched to Acenet.
