I've been with Acenet for a few years now and have always been very happy, but their recent handling of my problems has prompted me to write a testamonial (something I never do) to just how good they are.

They are always fast to reply to tickets and the reply is informative and patient and it is quite easily the best customer service I have ever had from a web host.

Wow, the service here is very fast. Problem solved in leas than 10 minutes. Now thats excellent service.

It is no wonder why they have an award winning customer service. These guys know their stuff!

From their customer representatives right down to their managers, they all seem to have the same philosophy. Take care of the customer. Their willingness to find a solution, even if it meant thinking outside of the box is nothing short of impressive.

Tech support has be exceptional. All problems have been addressed immediately and solved on the spot. This is first class service.
