BAD NEWS: To obtain help, I have to submit my request via a Help Ticket vs. a telephone call.
GOOD NEWS: This method forces me to think (ouch) through the real issue or problem at hand and not just waste a bunch of technician time.
Nearly every time I ask a question or present a new challenge to this help desk - I get a F-A-S-T (usually within 3-5 minutes) and a real thought out reply.
INCREDIBLE NEWS: I've asked for help at some fairly weird hours of the day (2:30 am?!) on multiple occasions. -- and these people are there! I mean really alive, alert, and responsive. How cool is that? (Is Starbucks their secret competitive weapon?)
